
Murat Gümüş began his professional career during his university years at AIESEC. Serving as Corporate Development Coordinator and later as President of the Executive Board for two terms, he gained leadership and international learning experiences. During this period, he laid the foundation of his journey in human development by taking part as a trainer, facilitator, and speaker in national and international congresses and conferences.
Between 2002 and 2012, Gümüş worked at an international insurance company as Training Officer, Training Manager, and Training Director, respectively, delivering personal development trainings to approximately 3,000 people. From 2012 to 2015, he provided project-based consultancy services to eight different companies, deepening his expertise in organizational development, training design, and performance improvement.
From 2015 to 2020, he served as Training Director at Dale Carnegie Academy, where he led the development and management of the trainer team, classroom and digital content design, needs‑analysis‑based learning tool development, executive coaching, team coaching, consulting, and mentoring initiatives. He trained nearly 5,000 people at Dale Carnegie and played an active role in the localization of global learning tools.
Gümüş completed the ACSTH and ACTP programs accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and accompanied individuals in their development and transformation journeys with over 1,000 hours of coaching experience. He designed and implemented various tools for organizations in development needs analysis, talent discovery, and talent development processes, and provided consultancy on their internal application.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to organizational transformation by developing hundreds of classroom and digital content designs. Today, Gümüş continues to offer training, coaching, and consultancy services that support the development of individuals, teams, and organizations. By designing learning experiences focused on behavioral and attitudinal change, he contributes to cultural transformation, leadership development, and the strengthening of communication skills within organizations.
