Cem KILIÇ

He was born in Germany in 1975. After graduating from Üsküdar Anatolian High School, he graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of English Economics. He received a double master’s degree in General and Marketing Management from Yeditepe University. He is a PhD student at Kadir Has University in Banking and Finance and is preparing for the doctoral qualification exam. He started his professional career as an assistant inspector at Pamukbank in 1999. In 2005, he left Pamukbank as a senior inspector and joined Denizbank. He served as Denizbank Europe-1 Region SME Sales Manager until 2007. He served as Denizbank SME and Agricultural Banking Marketing Department Manager during 2007-2008. He served as Denizbank Fatih Branch Manager between 2008 and 2010. After working as Denizbank Europe-2 Region Sales Manager in 2010-2011, he served as Deniz leasing Deputy General Manager responsible for Sales and Marketing until 2017. As of 2017, he has been working as an Instructor, Corporate Development Consultant and Business Coach at Dale Carnegie Academy. Within the framework of his work experiences and Dale Carnegie Certifications, he provides training to organizations in Leadership, Influence and Persuasion, Effective Public Speaking, Effective Communication and Human Relations, Desire to Achieve and Management with Goals, Business-Focused Personal Development, Stress Management, Management Skills and Relationship Management for Sales Teams. Every year, as Dale Carnegie Global, it was deemed worthy of the 1st prize in the evaluation of ‘Dale Carnegie Global- Leadership Trainers Performance 2020’, based on participant evaluations among 3500 trainers. In the same year, it also received the EMEA Region All Programs Best Performance award. He was also honored with membership in the Dale Carnegie President’s Club and was among the 20 best performing instructors in the world.
