Bengi Kaynak, born in 1978, is a seasoned trainer and coach, with a diverse background in sociology, fashion marketing, and corporate training. She began her career in the textile industry, merging her expertise in marketing with her passion for communication and personal image.

In 2011, Bengi transitioned into professional training and coaching after certification from Dale Carnegie and since then she has dedicated her career to this role, further enhancing her skills as an ICF certified coach. She excels in delivering training and coaching to professionals on all the skills in business life to be first of her/himself, then of the team and of the process. Her approach uniquely blends academic knowledge with practical experience, catering to a diverse range of clients from various sectors.

Bengi’s multilingual abilities, beside her mother tongue Turkish, fluent in French and English, enable her to connect with and train a wide audience. Her commitment to personal and professional development is evident in her involvement in strategic program design and management, contributing to significant behavioral changes in participants.
