Bengi graduated from Koç University’s Sociology department in 2001. She continued her education with a master’s degree in Fashion Marketing at Parsons School of Design in New York. During her master’s studies, she gained experience at prestigious companies like DKNY and AEFFE. Upon returning to Turkey, she continued her career as a merchandiser, participated in various marketing and research projects, and worked as a translator. In 2010, she founded her own agency with her partner, continuing to work in the textile sector. In 2011, she received a trainer certificate from Dale Carnegie and began her training career simultaneously. She became an ICF coach with an ACC credential in 2014 and obtained a PCC credential in 2022. She gained international experience by providing training abroad. She is involved in companies’ assessment processes, focusing on performance development, team building, employee engagement, and creating a trustful environment for managers to achieve their goals. Bengi’s areas of expertise include Leadership, Team Building, Coaching Skills, Presentation Techniques, Human Relations and Communication, Negotiation Skills, Sales Techniques, Train the Trainer, Innovation, Change Management, Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence, Managing Different Generations, Brain-Based Leadership, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Time Management, and Growth Mindset.
