Ayşen TANILKAN

Following her undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 1988, Ayşen began her career in the banking sector at Chemical Mitsui Bank in the Foreign Operations Department. In 1990, she joined Interbank as a management trainee through the Management Trainee Program, which included six months of on-the-job training. Successfully completing the rigorous training program, she worked as a dealer in the Interbank Treasury Department for approximately three years. In 1993, she transitioned to branch management as an Assistant Manager of Corporate Branch, where she managed corporate client relationships for three years. She was promoted to Branch Manager in 1996 after serving as branch manager in two different branches. In 1999, she transferred to Dışbank. In 2001, during the transition to retail banking organization at Dışbank, she was promoted to Regional Manager. Over the course of seven years, she served as a manager in three different regions. In 2008, she joined the General Directorate of KOBİ Segment Marketing. Following the decision of the Fortis-TEB merger in April 2009, she left the banking sector. In 2011, she started her career as a trainer at Done Education, providing technical training. Subsequently, she obtained certification from Dale Carnegie Education and began delivering business-focused personal development training. After completing the ICF ACSTH coaching certification, she obtained the title of coach. In 2020, she completed the Employee Engagement certification training at Engage and Grow, becoming an Employee Engagement Coach. Primarily, she has conducted programs on coaching, leadership, communication, presentation skills, and assessment/evaluation. Additionally, from 2016 to 2017, she served as a Senior Banking Expert at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management under the EBRD’s “Turkey Women in Business Program,” where she provided training to program partners. She continues to work as a trainer, coach, and consultant, while also conducting Employee Engagement programs.
