Ayperi BABÜR
She obtained her BSc. degree from Istanbul Technical University, Industrial Engineering in 1987. Prior to that, her secondary school education was at Istanbul Erkek Highschool, a German international school which enabled her to be fluent both in German & English languages. She was also awarded Proficiency Certificate in English from Cambridge University. She started her career in finance working at Interbank as Corporate Business Banking Advisor for sales & marketing of the Bank’s various financial products to big and medium sized corporates. She continued as Head of Correspondent Banking Department obtaining the necessary credit lines in order to provide cross border products & services to customers.
After fourteen years in banking, she joined a global franchise. She has been certified by international master trainers after completing multiple levels in October 2007 as a trainer and as a senior trainer in April 2018. She participated in various international workshops, training and recertification programmes conducted by Master Coaches practising her gained experience ever since. After the breakout of the pandemic, she joined and obtained her on-line trainer certification conducted by the same global company in April 2020 and had over 500 hours of on-line training experience ever since. She decided to work freelance after having obtained 16 years of experience at the same franchise.
She delivered training programmes at over 60 local and international companies in various sectors namely Leadership Skills, Coaching, Sales, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Train the Trainer programmes. She has also taken part in assessment systems and provided trainings in programmes including both classroom training and one to one coaching in a time phased format for companies such as İş Bank, Şişecam, Çimtaş, Tüpraş and Koçtaş. In her trainings she is coaching participants by increasing their awareness to transform their attitudes in their business life.
Her core strengths are desire to help, people focus and listening skills. One of her favorite subjects is Train the Trainer programme which she enriches with her experience alongside the content. Training is not telling as one needs to encourage participants to take part in the on line training course in order to make the experience sticky and lasting.
She can conduct training sessions in English and Turkish both in person or online. She obtained her ACC coaching certificate from ICF.
